We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People team and support key business units at Fleetio. You’ll be a strategic partner and trusted coach to senior leaders — someone who can bring insight, structure, and follow-through to help their teams thrive. This role is not about doing everything, it’s about doing the right things to help business leaders lead better.

This position sits at the intersection of Human Resources and Business Leaders, shaping the employee experience and ensuring talent grows in meaningful ways. As Manager, HRBP, you'll contribute to and lead the execution of HR strategies, serving as an expert consultant to business leaders on talent matters like organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, and learning opportunities. You will proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action, while coaching leaders on HR best practices.
